Youth Ministry Leaders

My name is Sabra Pumfrey and I'm answering my call into youth ministry because I know firsthand how different my teenage years might have been if I had truly understood the firm foundation of Jesus. I made choices out of confusion, insecurity, and wanting to belong—and I don't want today's teens to walk through those same struggles without guidance.

My heart is to give students more than Bible knowledge; I want to help them see how God's Word actually applies to their real lives, their choices, and their identity. I want them to know that true peace and joy don't come from trying to fit into this world, but from learning to live set apart through Christ.

Leading youth is my way of pointing them to the hope, strength, and purpose I wish I had understood when I was their age.

Hello everyone, my name is Baylor Thompson. I have the privilege of volunteering to help Sabra and Jacqueline with the Youth ministry at Clyo and Silver Hill churches.

In my past experiences, I have served as the site director of a mission trip site that hosted Adult Leaders and young adults in the middle and high school age groups along with a lot of other opportunities to serve at my home church of Springfield Oaks.

I am extremely grateful and humbled to be able to serve in this capacity and can't wait to see what the Lord has in store for this ministry.
